Blind Pianist Girl - Yoo Ye Eun

You are born to be loved

Yoo Ye Eun, a korean blind pianist girl is a trully blessed little girl that sent from GOD, although she is blind, she got a very amazing talent in herself. Her great talent is playing piano since she was 3 years old.

When I watched her video, I don't know why my tears are flowing out and when she sing a song with a title You are born to be loved. A little biography from her, is that she is being adopted by her parents... She was dumped by her real mother because she is blind, and until now nobody know where is her mother now.

Then a very big heart Mom adopted her.. Her mother always sing a song for her when she is a little baby until 3 years old, she try to play a piano. With her great talent, she can play a tune that her mother sing, whatever song is it, she can directly play it and follow it directly on her piano. Not just that, she have a nice vocal too, she's like a little angel that GOD sent to this world to remind us that whatever condition that we have, there's always a positive thing inside us.

God always create peoples with a balance. But many peoples only judge by the book cover only, we don't know what is in the future till we face it. I myself is very salute to Yoo Ye Eun
From Yoo Ye Eun then many artist invite her to play a piano for them while they are singing.

We all are born to be loved, don't waste people around us. Don't leave them when they are needing you, don't leave them when they are in a bad condition, they need you! because they are born to be loved too

Now, let see around you if there are peoples who need your love... Love them, like you love GOD

Nick Vujicic - Are you gonna finish Strong?

Nobody is perfect, nobody is the strongest, nobody is the richest, nobody is the poorest, it is only the people perspective.The most important point is how people finish strong, how is the people ending, happy ending? or sad ending?

Being rich, perfect, strongest is not guaranted you to be the best forever, it is too if you are poor, sad, depressed, it is not forever.. It's your choice to choose wether you want to be happy or not. Life is a choice.. for me "I want to be happy, and I'm happy!", I'm not a rich people, I have a debt, even sometimes I don't have money to buy a food. I'm not a perfect people, I'm not a handsome man, even now I must using a stick to walk because my foot disability, but I'm happy! I'm thankful what I have now, I have a beautiful wife, and soon I'll become a father :)  It's a choice to choose whether you are happy or not.

I learn a lot from many strong peoples in this world, on of them is Nick Vujijic, his most inspiration word for me is "There is a bitter and better, it is your choice to choose" if Nick choose a bitter about his condition, then he will have a bitter life, he'll never give hopes to many peoples, he'll become a desperate people, but now look at him, he choose a better way, and now he become famous, he help many peoples who lost hope, who lost their confident, who live in sadness, he teach us how to thankful to God... for me, I have a thought that "What I'm now is not what I am in future" it will be better :)

It's been a long time since my last post, now I'll starting to blog again :D

Today I will post about animation which made by Adcom.. this is truely great video, and for you people who always doubt in yourself, don't doubt it but just take the action, we'll never now the result until we try it. Just believe in yourself ...

Pain is the beginning of happiness

Pain is the beginning of happiness

When a young oyster going to move or searching a food, it will open its shell, open, close, open, close.

One day, when the shell is opened, there's a sand go inside the oyster shell. The young oyster is crying to the mother, "Mommy, it's hurt, there is a sand came inside my body".

The mother answer," be patient my child, just ignore the pain, if needed, give your best of your kind heart to the sand who's hurting you"

The young oyster follow the mother advice. He cry and cry, but he use his tears to wrap the incoming sand into his body. He do it repeatly and slowly the pain is gone and vanish.

A few moments later, the shells were harvested. Shells with sand are seperated from shells with no sand. And the shells without sand are sold with a very low price become food and shells with sand are sold with a very high price, why?

Because the sand wrapped with tears in the shell has turned into the core of pearl.

Moral Message :

If we never suffered, we will become like the oyster steamed in a sale which sold on the roadside. Conversely if we are able to face all the suffering even able to give benefits to others when we are suffering, we will be the pearl in the place of honor Also used by respectable people.

There are words that I remember often, "No pain no gain". Process is hurt, many success people had through their pain process and when they through it, they will enjoy their hardwork that they achieve in a long time. Many human can't bear the pain and they stop in the middle of the road, they protest, they cried, they even angry, but we don't know there is a great thing waiting for us.

Scare being hurt, scare being fail,scare being ashame, and many other things. They are no success we can gain easily without a hardwork and pain. But always look for the positive side, after dawn there are always a bright.

Don't let someone become a priority in your life, when you are just an option in their life.
Relationships work best when they are balanced. There's only one, He is GOD. If you let someone become a priority in your life, you will ruin you own life, because all of your focus is just for the people who you priority, we must keep balance so our life can go on smoothly :)

Because the person who likes you doesn't need it, and the person who doesn't like you won't believe it. In the other words,other peoples don't like to hear about you but peoples like to talk about themselves.

It's that fun to have a smile in ourself ? Did you ever to think that this world is lack of smile ? The world is too busy to smile, too busy to laugh, too busy to have fun. Actually smile is very easy to do, and in the health research, smile is very good and can effect our age. People who smile a lot have a healthy life than the people who lack of smile.

Sometimes people is too arogant to smile, when peoples are walking on the street, people always walking with a sour face, there's no smile on their face. Even when they are looking to each other face to face, each of them is too arogant to throw a smile..

Peoples are put their dignity too high, even for the couple. When one of them is annoyed and one of them is making a joke to him, he will not smile even the joke is very funny that's because their dignity is too high. What's the purpose for that? it just lead them to break their relationship.

Why a smile can make us healtier because when we are stress, sad, annoyed, angry, our body produce a substance that can poison our body that's why people who stress, sad many times is die faster. And if we are smile, our body produce a substance that can kill a bactery, virus or bad cell in our body

Like I wrote above, a smile can make us healthier and to help us stay young (i remember a song which title is forever young haha)

A Smile can make our day pass faster
Do you ever feel very bored when you are at the office, school, or wherever? If that so, then you lack of smile at there? Am I right? Then when you talk and chat to your friend and always smile and laugh, do you feel that the day is very fast to past? If you feel it so you are smiling everytime :)

A Smile is the start from the relationship
Yes the smile is the start from the relationship? Do you think that a sour face and the angry face can make peoples adore you? or like you or loves you? no way :) Smile is the first step to start a realtionship. When we introduction each one of us, we use smile..What do you think an introduction with a smile is more effective than not with a smile? :)

A Smile even can save people from disease
Even with a smile we can help people who is in the hospital, with a smile on your face, people will very happy and will smile to you too. Remember what I wrote above? :) This why in a hospital, nurses are been taught to smile to the patient frequently.

A Smile can raise up the spirit
A smile can raise up people who have lost everything , broken heart, even the people who want to have a suicide, with a smile to the people, it show them that there's still people who care to him/her. This can help their spirit to continue the life.

Even A Smile can help you pass a job interview
Funny is it? yes, A smile can help us to pass a job interview, because it is a plus to us if we have a smile and the boss will like us too than an employee with a sour face.

A Smile is the key to start the day with a success day
Do you ever to have an experience, when you are get up from the bed, and you feel very lazy, you feel very bored, and you feel that you want only holiday that day? And then you brush your teeth, but you run out the toothpaste, and then you go out from the bathroom and you slip yourself and you fall down, and then when you go to the work, there's suddenly a rain and you forget to take the umbrella, what do you feel that day? you feel very angry and a very bad mood, and it will continue a long day. So how to avoid this, SMILE! when you get up, have a smile first, even you run out the toothpaste, just smile and enjoy, and even you fall down, just enjoy and smile, then try to compare which day is happier?

Imagine if this world is full of smile and happiness, there will be no sad, tears, angry, even criminal..I'm waiting for that day come, and I know that day will come :) so guys, if you are reading this, let's the day from now to smile often :D A little smile from you can bring joy to the world, pass the smile to everyone you meet and everyone you know... let's make the world that fill with a full smile ^^

Don't worry people will say you crazy because you smile often, because I'm always smile in my office and always happy, even when I have a big problem, I try to be happy and smile and suddenly the problem is very easy to pass.

Meaning of True Love

Love, love, love, maybe it is a very hot topic to discuss in this world. We can see through a movie, a book , novel, even in at school, office, and many other places. Let's go to the topic about true love, do you know what is the meaning of true love ? maybe some of peoples will say, true love is when two peoples sharing their time, their life, their money, or maybe people will say true love is when two peoples are unite as one, as a wife and husband.

Love needs cares, patient, time, succumb and the most important thing is that love needs sacrifice! On the video above we see that the guy loves the girl very much and he sacrifice the very valuable things for the girl, his eyes. In this day, is there any people who can do that?
In this video we can learn something :

Don't judge people too fast
In the video, we can see that when the guy leave the girl, the girl is quickly judge the guy left him because the girl can't see again or blind, so he judged the guy is the same to the other guys that just only want to take advantage from girl.

Love needs to be pursued
In this video, we saw that the girl making her effort to pursue the guy she love. Yes, for girl, it is not too good to pursue a guy, but if a girl can make a effort without the guy knowing the girl want to pursue him, it is better than sitting silently without doing anything is more loser than doing things.

Love needs a responsible
Love needs a responsible, because love is not for fun, or not for played, in love we must responsible all the thing we do. If we love someone, we must love him/her till the end. If we don't have a responsible , please don't love people, and don't make other people loves you. Because you can hurt people heart, even you can kill his/her fortune.

Love is not accepting the plus but the minus
Do you love a guy or girl because he/she is pretty or handsome? he is white? she has a long hair and everything? If you love people by that, that's not a true love :), how about if your lover is a blind people? a deaf, a people can't speak, or maybe a people who can't walk properly? Can you love him/her if he/she have such condition, in the video, we can see that the guy show the really true love, but not the girl. Because when she know that her ex-boyfriend give her his eyes and become blind, she just stopping and not taking action to call him.

I'm very grateful because my wife can accept me even when I have a big process right now, when I can't walk properly and became paralyzed, she still loyal lo love me and take care of me. She's really my spirit in my life. And she's my true love :)


Love needs trust
What will happened if there is no trust in love? then it will become a ruined love and the love will not become a strong love. Because a trust is a shield to protect the love and the couple. If the love lack of trust and when someone is trying to destroy the relationship, it will be very easy to destroy because lack of trust.

and the last

True love is when someone willing to sacrifice his life for the one he loves
The very important point in this video is, Loves is sacrifice if we are willing to sacrifice our very precious thing for the people we love, the love is really expensive more than this world. And I think in this world there are no such people who can sacrifice his life for his beloved one but there's only one who can sacrifice his life for people who love, He is Jesus from nazareth who sacrifice his life for human that He loves :) and He is God of god..

How to raise my salary ?

Okay, no more chit-chat, let's go to the topic How to raise my salary? the answer is Do More

Nowaday, Working is a must number one important thing in the world. Everybody need to work to earn some money to feed themselves or their family. Without a work, it is very hard to survive nowaday. Everybody need money, the needs is growing and increasing rapidly. Buy a food, clothes, mobile phone, computer, laptop, house, car, drink, even now toilet needs to pay. Everything need money now. And thanks GOD, the air I breath is free, what do you think if we must pay for the air to breath? Oh my God -.-

So working is very important, the question is, did you have a good career now? what is your position now in the office? what is your achievement in the office? are you happy in this office? or maybe when you are reading this, because you are bored in the office and finding something to read to reduce your bored? :)

What do you think, are your salary is suit to your job that you did?
SALARY, the thing that people motivation in working. Many peoples work for salary, and they spend their 8 hours a day to earn the salary. And the most cases in the company is that the employee always ask for a raise. Yes, many peoples expect to have a raise, yeah me too :)

When I'm in company, I asked once to my boss to raise my salary. Then the boss said,"What do you do that you deserve a raise,what made you think that you must have a raise?" this question stab to my heart. I asked myself what did I do to this company? Many peoples will think, I did a great job, I finished my job quickly and fast, and I do a very neat job, no mistake for many years. We often think we need a raise because we show our best performance. But you are totally wrong if you think fo this. Let's think about it, this is the boss side view :)

- I finished my job very fast and quick so I need a raise
* The boss said "Yes, that is what you are paid for, Do you think I will pay you if you finish your job slowly?"
- I finished my job with no mistake for many years so I need a raise
* The boss said,"Yes, ow yes that's good, so you did your work properly, Do you think I will paid you for making a mistake in your job?"
- I made the company profit, so I need a raise
* The boss said,"Yes, it is good, If the company loss even bankrupt, how can I pay your salary?"

Above is some of the examples, sometimes people just look what they did is good, but it's not guarantee that the boss feel your job is good. If we want to success, we must do more than what we can do. Sometimes, we need a sacrifice in our job (I don't said that we sacrifice our life hehe) a sacrifice I meant is, money, time, energy...Sometimes we think we have do more than we can do, this is what you think about but not the boss.

If we want to have a raise, we must do more and more, more than what we can do. I have a testimony in do more. I was an ordinary staff in a Software Education House, and actually I'm a programmer. So the first day I start my job, I was very exciting and I have a big spirit in finishing all of my work quickly and fast. Three months later, I think I must have a raised. So I asked the boss to raise my salary. The boss said,"Show me more what can you do"

More? I think in my mind. The first I said to myself,"What? I have did a marvelous job for three months, but what did the boss think about?" So I keep seeking what will I do. Someday my boss give me a very short deadline to finish the work. The first time, I work as a team with my other friend. Each friend have his own role and job and the time is calculated well.

Finally, the Deadline is about three days, but suddenly my friend got ill, I'm very confuse that
my friend job hasn't finished yet but the task must complete before the deadline. Oh God, I said to myself, what should I do? In that day, I make a quick decision, and I decide to do all my friend job to replace him. And I decide to take the overtime. I know, I will not catch up even I take the overtime, because I must go home too.

So, I think I must not going home, and then I decide to work overtime in the office, that day, I work and work and I stay at the office while all of the people have gone home. The time is ticking up and it showed 10.00Pm and then I decided to sleep in the office. But that day I'm not sleeping, I try hard to finish the job all by myself, at last I'm not taking a sleep that day, but the result is very amazing, GOD help me too that day, all of the work is finished. And I'm so happy. Not just that when I'm not sleeping, I'm not going home, I start working again in the morning (but I have brush my teeth and take a bath in the office)

All of my effort is not meaningless, many peoples praise me about my effort. And then my boss know what I did and he is very happy to see my effort. I'm very sleepy that day, but I keep working because it is my responsible.

The next month, I was surprised, because my boss said to me,"You are not just get a raised, but you get a promotion, I have seen your effort, no one want to do that kind of crazy thing, working without sleep and this is your award I give to you, a promotion"
I'm so happy, all of I did is do more than I can do usually. Actually if we are an employee, We don't need to ask for raise, because the boss himself will see what we do, if we did a great job, our boss too will very appreciate us, sometimes the boss will scare to lose us..

Nowaday, too many spoiled peoples in this world, many people just want to be served well, but don't want to serve others well. You are not one of them, aren't you? so from now on, Do more ! even your boss don't show any reaction, just keep do more, it is worth to you, trust me your boss will notice you and give you a special reward :)

In our life, we can't avoid teamwork. Teamwork is a great thing to make everything more efficient, faster, and solid. Teamwork make things more beautiful. There are many things in this world that need a teamwork so much, we can take the example : A Soccer Team, Football team, Boy Band, Choir, Organization, and many else.

That's amazing, that is a word that is in your mind now, isn't it? yes me too, when I watch this video, I'm so amazed by them, how could they do that? the answer is "TEAMWORK" so what is inside teamwork that I want to share about ?

Teamwork is a key to achieve a goal
Yes, it is true that teamwork is a key, in a team we have a same vision, mission, and the most important thing is in a team everybody must working as a teamwork. It's like a car, if a car doesn't have a tire, or brake, or wheel, we can't reach the place we want to go. So We must work together.

In Teamwork, there is family
In a teamwork, we will achieve a goal and more than that people in the teamwork will become a great family and a great friend. Everybody will understand each other, everybody will know their role, eveybody will know their part in the job or in other thing that using a teamwork.

Teamwork make us stronger
In a teamwork, two is better than one, three is better than two, four is better than three, and so on. In Teamwork there is a strength, because everybody is motivating other, when someone getting tired or sad, or depressed, other will give him a strength, to comfort him and make him stronger. Teamwork make us more beautiful
Do you ever mention, if we just have one hair on our head? what do you think? is it beautiful or pretty for a women ? (sorry, there is no one that I discredited, just an example) maybe it is a silly example, but the teamwork indeed make things more beautiful, we can see the voca people, how beautiful is their singing :)

In a great Teamwork there is always have a great winning
Yes, a great teamwork always win. If a team with a bad teamwork, there's no winning inside, for the example 4 from 5 people have a great teamwork, but 1 on them has a very bad teamwork, even 4 of them have a great teamwork, this 1 can destroy their own team...

Even in this blog, we have a teamwork, teamwork between the advertiser and publisher, teamwork between a blogger and a reader, teamwork between blogger and blogger. Without a teamwork, we will not get a high pagerank or a high number of visitor, Am I right? :)

Because we are a social people who needs other people to achieve our goal, so let's find new people, make more friend, doing good, help other, and make a great teamwork in this world. What do you think if this world have a great teamwork and everybody is share each other, I think a 'CRIMINAL' word will not exist in the dictionary :)

You are a Loser !

Have you ever been scold by someone "You are a Loser!!! Loser and Loser!" I bet every body have that experience in their lifes. In the very common example if we want to try something new in our life for the example : if we want to start a new business, if we want to grow our muscle, if we want to become a doctor, if we want to break the world record, if we want to be a supermodel, or all the things in our dream, it's very natural if other peoples will look down on us or underestimate us.

Before we continue, let's watch this inspiration video, where people is not believing in him and look down on him.



You see that every of the judge is not believing in him that he can sing a nice song, and have a very beautiful voice. Many peoples see people in their appearance, many peoples always judge by the book cover. The thing we have to do is just go on and never feel that we are a loser, just believe in yourself, because everyone have is own superhero in his body. You are your own superhero, nobody can make you success except you. Your life is in your hand not other hand, you are the one who decide to make your move, to make yourself success.

The most terrible problem is if we start to underestimate ourselves, lack of confidence, lack of courage, Hey come on guys, you are created to make this world shine! Don't waste your precious life. God never created people without a talent inside him, event a blind man can make a change to the world , for the example is Stevie Wonder, he is a blind man but he is very famous and become a great singer. So how about you if you have a perfect body? why don't you dig and find your talent?

It is not about, I don't have a talent, I never have a high school, I never have a good knowledge, I don't have money, I'm ugly, I'm not pretty and many things that make my head sick if I think about it :) all of that are excuses to ourselves. You are precious, you are a successful person, God make us to become success, it is our choice if we want to work hard to find our talent or not.

The important thing that you must never give up and if you are making a mistake in your life, don't ever blame yourself, don't ever feel you don't have the ability to do the thing. Before there is no aeroplane, do you think the Wright Brother(the maker of first aeroplane) have the feeling that human don't have the ability to fly? No, Wright Brother think that human have the ability to fly too like a bird, but how to do that? Then they try and try to dig and dig their potential and their talent and they never underestimate themselves, they are always optimistic even many peoples laugh at them, now what do you think? we can have a flight so easily right now, even if you want to meet me, you can fly to my country :)

I heard a nice word when I was a kid,

"Your life end, when you stop to believe yourself"

we must have a big confident in ourselves, and I will tell you how to become a confident people in the next post. Remember if somebody call you a loser, don't get mad or angry, just thank them and smile to them, if you do this, you will make him / her more loser than you.

A Winner is a people who have a big heart

And most of all, we must always ask GOD for HIS guidance, because all of your strength is from GOD and without HIM, you will lose...I want to tell you a few about me, I'm now in a process and test by GOD and I have my leg become paralyzed after I get my surgeon last year, now I must walking with a stick and my leg can't move normally. A year ago, I can't move my leg at all, but I just thank GOD, and I try to not to give up. Many peoples look down on me, and many peoples said that I can't recovered again. I don't want to hear what they said, I just keep my spirit up and pray to GOD to give me strength.

I keep believing myself and I build my confident not to shy or not be ashamed if people look down on me. And now I can move now but with a stick, I try to build my confident more and more and I go to the mall and walking with a stick, many peoples look at me. It's really like I'm a superstar in the mall. I know someday I will walk normally again as I keep my spirit and my strength up, I will never underestimate myself because I know I'm able..

You too guys, you must never ever to give up and never every to underestimate yourself, if I can do that , you can do it too. Keep believing that you can do anything everything. GOD created us to make change in this world. So you are not a loser, you are a WINNER :)

Regret and Depressed!

There's 6 type of regret

Regret for a Hour
Pick a wrong bus, then the bus taking us to the place we don't know and we are lost, and then we are very regret to pick a bus. But after 1 hour our heart is calm down already

Regret for a Week
When we want to cook a fried rice, we forget to turn off the rice cooker, the rice have turned to porridge now. Then our husband come home and scold us because the dinner just a porridge.

Regret for a Month
Pick a wrong haircut, this make us regret for 1 month and make us shy in front us (especially for women) but after a month, a bad hair cut can't be seen again.

Regret for a year
Failed to go to the next grade, this is truely a deep regret. But after a year hardwork then we go to the next grade and the regret is gone.

Regret for a lifetime
If we married a wrong person, this is the most of big truely regret. Because a marriage just one in a lifetime if we don't want to divorce.

Maybe you read that before, but I will add something in this article. A failure is a GOD tool to tell us,"Hey, you took a wrong route". We never have a hard muscle if we don't go to the gym or lifting a heavy burden. Our life is a challenge for us and it won't always go up but it's too won't always go down. A life is like a sea, which have a big storm and have a very good weather. But like I said our life is like a sea, than life is never flat.

Many peoples will have a sorrow time, a depressed time, a sad time but don't worry we too have a happy time, enjoy moment, funny moment. It's depend to us, how we see the problem as a challenge or a great experience. A success people is a people who are always hold on whenever he have a big problem and he will always say to the problem, "Hey Big problem, I have a Big GOD" and a success people is never give up to himself or condition. Many peoples give up when their condition is too heavy for him. but A success people is not a people who don't have a depressed time, they do have a depressed time and a failure time but they are always look for the positive side and they know that they walk in a false route then they will quickly back to the true route.

Regret is not a choice in our life, we can't deny that choice. Why must we regret ? it just waste our time, why don't we use the regret time to do a useful thing? Try to motivate ourself,"Failure is nothing, because failure is to get everything"

And the most important is we must always thank GOD for whatever condition happened to us. Every peoples deserve to live, every people deserve for success, remember you are your superhero, it is only yourself can change your life,nobody else.

Trust yourself and be a number one because you are your own superhero and tell yourself,"I'm my superhero"

TRIPLE FILTER TEST



In Ancient Greek, the famous Socrates have a well known knowledge and very honored by many peoples.

One day, his friend visit him and said to him, "Do you know what did I heard about your friend?"

Socrates answer him "Hold a second, before you tell me anything, let me give you a simple test. This test is called Triple Filter Test"

"Triple Filter Test", answered his friend.

"Yes, it's true" Said Socrates. "Before you tell me about my friend, I think it is good if we take some times and filtering what will you talking about. That's why it is called Triple Filter Test."

The first Filter is "TRUTH"
"Are you really sure the thing you want to tell me is truely true?"

"No", answered his friend, "Actually I just heard it from others".

"Okay," Said Socrates. "So you are not sure about it? All right, now I will give you a second filter. The Second filter is called 'KINDNESS'. Is the thing you will said about my friend is a good thing?"

"No, it is a bad thing"

Then Socrates said,"So, you will tell me something bad about my friend, but you are not sure that thing is right? You still have one more chance because there is still a last filter, it is USEFULL''. Is the thing you will tell me about my friend are USEFULL for me and other peoples?"

"No, not at all", answered his friend.

Socrates said,"So, if you want to say something that is not necessarily true, bad and useless at all, why you must tell it to me?"

That's why Socrates is a great philosopher and very famouse and honorable. Guys in our life, we must use this Triple filter test too everytime we hear from others about our friend and our beloved one and don't get to fast to believe what others people said, because in this world there more people who talk a negative word than a positive word. So trust your buddy and your beloved one, they will not harm you because they love you too.

You are Lazy !?

"Lazy" the most famous word that always following our lifes, if we ask everybody about "Lazy" 90% people will say that they facing a Lazy problem.

When you wake up in the mornink, your body will feel very tired that make you don't want to get up and just want to continue to sleep, and our mind will say "let me have some minutes beforer I wake up" and when the time comes, we still want to sleep again and then we will think "just a minute" do you one of this people? If you are smiling when reading this then you are the one hehe...don't get too serious :p

Okay back to the topic. We human have a very funny and unique character, and this character can make us very comfortable and beside that this character can kill us too. It's like a two side blade and this character is named "Lazy" this Lazy character is already come to our life since we were a kid.

Success or not success is depend to how big our lazy is and how big our discipline is. If our Lazy is bigger than our discipline then our success is far from our life. Human is very unique, if we have a dream, we will chase it with a big will and spirit, and we chase it, but when it takes a long time to get it then we will become lazy and lazy and finally the dream is missing from our life.

This is some illustration : when the first time, I want to have a good shape body, so we go to the gym everyday to build my body. For the first time i go everyday and everyday without a day miss. Suddenly there is my friend invite me to have a vacation for a week. Then I agree to go vacation with him. A vacation day arrive and I enjoy it very much for a week. Finally I'm home again, when my friend asking me to go to the gym, suddenly I feel very lazy and I said to him,"maybe tomorrow" and when tomorry comes, I'm too lazy and then I stop my gym. Do you ever have this experience similar to me? If you smile then you did :) (I bet you will say to your heart "I will not smile again if he ask me again) hehe...

Then how to face this lazy thing? There are many theories in book, internet, but I will give my opinion based on my experience :

Do it right now, do not delay.
The more times we have in our task, the higher is the risk to become lazy. The lazy things come because we delay our task, the more we delay, the more we grow our lazy in our mind. We will always think the task can be done by tomorrow and then we delay it in repetion. We don't realize that we are planting a lazy seed in our mind and then when the lazy seed born to a baby lazy, he will stay into your mind and it will be very difficult to kill it. Congratulation you have a baby, a baby lazy :)

Focus, stay on track
If we have something task to do, try to focus it 100%, don't let something steal your focus. I bet we all have a same experience about this next illustration: when we decided to read the bible or other books, comic, emmm nope nope, an education book is more suitable in this illustration. When we study the book, there must be many whispers to our head to tell us to playing games, clubbing, sleeping, watching television and etc. If we don't keep our focus, we will going to that entertainment things and forget our study, this entertainment will soon make us lazy and lazy. So whenever we doing something, keep focus and stay on it.

Don't underestimate everything
When we underestimate something, we will start to think the thing easily to be done and we will often delay our work and our task. We think we will finish the ask in no time and then we delay the work. After a long time we will become lazy to do the work and always think that the task will be done in no time,but when the deadline is near, we will have a difficult time to finish it because we must struggle with our laziness and struggle to the time. So don't underestimate everything.

Strict to yourself
Human often like to spoil himself, if we spoil ourselves too much then it is a boomerang to ourselves, when we spoil ourselves too much, we are hardly to get a better achievement to ourselves. Remember there is a sentence that tell us that ourselves is the worst enemy to us. In defeating the world , we must defeating ourselves first. Strict to ourselves, if we do something then do it immedietly and with haste, don't spoil ourselves. If you do it right then you won't realize that you are building your discipline in yourself and this will be a big weapon to us to achieve the success and avoid lazy.

Don't be a day dreaming, but day action
Everybody have their own dream. It is good to have a big dream because in dream there is a power so many peoples or articles always talk about "Power of Dream". But we must be aware, because many because dream without action just become a dream only. More often people who have a big dream but without action will become a lazy person, because he will keep dreaming and planning without action.

A success people in this world such as "Wright brother who have a dream to fly in the air" have a big dream but they aren't just a dreamer but they do the action, not just action but a repeat action and now we can all enjoy the flight with aeroplane because of them.

That's all the point how to avoid lazy. Actually lazy is our best friend, but we must use it in a right time. Someday we want to get rest, that's not a mistake, but remember not to get lazy too long in our rest or our vacation, because it can be a monster who chain yourself and you can't move because of it. We must keep ourself discipline everytime and don't let lazy get you.

Learning from mistake is a human strength

"Making mistake is a human weakness but learning from mistake is a human strength"

In this world there is no human who like to make a mistake in his life. We always expect everything in our life to be right in many aspects. We always expect everything to be perfect. As the example : if we want to get a job, we want to have a job with a big salary, with many facilites, bonuses, comfortable environment.

If we work at the office, our boss expect the job without a mistake. This thing sometimes make us fear to do other things offered to us because we fear to make a mistake. Sometimes mistake can make us desperate or trauma in doing things.
It make us miss many opportunities in our life.

Mistake make us fear to step forward so there is no any improvement further in our career, life or everything. For the example in love case, there is a woman who trust her boy very much. She gave everything for her boy. She always trust him in her deeper heart. And she think he is the only one in her heart. But someday her boy cheated on her and they are arguing, the boy then leave her with another girl. This thing make her very frustated and very down and very trauma and her heart is broken.

In the next day and day, she always get sad and she promised that she doesn't want to have a boy again because she fear to make a second time mistake again. Time passed by and she getting old and she still fear to make a mistake and finally she gets old and she died without having husband and child. This simple example tell us how she doesn't want to change his mindset to let the pass go by and learn from the mistake.

Many peoples doesn't realize that mistake make us stronger, make us become a new man. Thomas Alpha Edison make a thousand mistakes in his life and he invented a lamp. Every success people always have many mistakes but they don't fear to make a mistake but they learn from the mistake. They try and try and try. Many peoples always see the negative side in mistake, they don't realize that there is a thing to learn. Sometimes mistake is the only way to success.

Human is not a perfect creature but from the things(mistakes etc) around human can be a perfect creature. Many peoples lose their chance in career because they fear to do a mistake. Many peoples fear to try again in their failed career, they don't realize sometimes the second try is the time he will success and he lose his chance because he fear of mistake. Other example is a boy that fear to make a mistake in confessing his feeling to a girl, he fear to make a mistake in talking to the girl and fear to be rejected, beside that the girl is waiting him to confess to her. But the boy is to fear to make a mistake because he have been rejected by many girls in many times. Finally the girl have a boy and the boy leaved in desperation.

We must realize, we can't not run from mistake, we can't hide from mistake, human always make a mistake, there is a gift from God. That is a weakness in human, but we often don't realize that we are given by God a strength too beside the weakness, there is a will to learn from a mistake and become a strong man.

So from now on, let's not fear to make a mistake in positive way. I don't tell you always to make a mistake hehe...but don't fear if we can make a mistake someday, because we can learn many things from mistake. Human is a unique creature and a very gifted creature. Learn from mistake and be a very successful people :)

Discipline: The Path to Potential

He may have been the most naturally gifted baseball player of all time. He was clocked rounding the bases in an incredible 13 seconds. Yet, his speed was nothing compared to the power of his hitting. It's been said there were home run hitters, and then there was this man - in a league of his own. The Guinness Book of World Records credits him with hitting the longest home run ever measured, at 643 feet.

The player I'm describing is the great Mickey Mantle. By the age of 19 he had been called up to play for the New York Yankees. He won a World Series his rookie year, and his teams would capture seven championships over the course of his career. By the time he retired, Mantle had played more games as a Yankee than any other player, and had been named MVP of the American League three times. He still holds the all-time World Series records for home runs, runs scored, and runs batted in.

Yet, in spite of his impressive accomplishments, experts believe Mickey Mantle never reached his potential. Most blame Mantle's chronic knee injuries for preventing him from doing more. But injuries weren't the root of the problem. What most people didn't know was that Mantle was a raging alcoholic.

At age 62, with his health and family life a mess, Mantle checked into the Betty Ford Clinic and started the long road to sobriety. Looking back from this vantage point, he assessed his career:

I never fulfilled what my dad had wanted [to be the greatest player who ever lived], and I should have. God gave me a great body to play with, and I didn't take care of it. And I blame a lot of it on alcohol.
Everybody tries to make the excuse that injuries shortened my career. Truth is, after I'd had a knee operation the doctors would give me rehab work to do, but I wouldn't do it. I'd be out drinking... I hurt my knees through the years, and I just thought they'd naturally come back. Everything has always come natural to me. I didn't work hard at it.

Despite his great natural talent, Mickey Mantle never disciplined himself off the field. By the time Mantle was ready to change, it was too late. His liver was ruined from a life of alcoholism, and he died at age 64 from inoperable cancer.

What were you born to do? What is your dream? To become the person you have the potential to be, you have to cultivate a life of discipline. Consider these truths concerning discipline:

Discipline Comes with a Price Tag

Discipline is costly. It demands a continual investment of time, energy, and commitment at the expense of momentary pleasure and ease. Discipline means paying hours of practice to win the prize of skill. Discipline means giving up short-term benefits for the hope of future gain. Discipline means pressing on to excellence long after everyone else has settled for average.

Discipline Turns Talent to Greatness

When you read about someone like Mickey Mantle, you realize that too much talent can actually work against someone. Super-talented individuals can coast on sheer ability and neglect building the daily habits of success that will sustain them. Poet Henry Wadsworth Longfellow shared much insight when he wrote:

The heights by great men reached and kept
Were not attained by sudden flight,
But they, while their companions slept,
Were toiling upward in the night.

If you want to reach your potential, attach a strong work ethic to your talent.

Discipline Focuses on Choices, Not Conditions

In general, people approach daily discipline in one of two ways. They focus on the external or the internal. Those who focus externally allow conditions to dictate whether or not they remain disciplined. Because conditions are transitory, their discipline level changes like the wind.

In contrast, people with internal discipline focus on choices. You cannot control circumstances, nor can you control others. By focusing on your choices, and making the right ones regularly, you stay disciplined.

Discipline Does Not Bow Down to Feelings

As Arthur Gordon said, "Nothing is easier than saying words. Nothing is harder than living them, day after day. What you promise today must be renewed and redecided tomorrow and each day that stretches out before you."

If you do what you should only when you really feel like it, then you won't build disciplined habits. At times, you have to act contrary to emotions. If you refuse to give into your lesser impulses, no matter how great they will make you feel in the moment, then you'll go far.

Summary

Discipline is a matter of taking total responsibility for your future. Choose not to blame circumstances for the outcome of your life. Choose to go beyond your natural talent. Choose to make wise decisions repeatedly. Choose discipline as the path to your potential.

Avoid Creating an Excuse as much as possible

In this life, let's try to think about who are you really care this day, who are your really loved one? is that your parents or your girlfriend? or Is that your wife? Or your husband? Or your children?
If you think so, I dare to say that you are wrong!
There are so many peoples in this world who are not realize that the people they most care about is themselves.

I can prove that why I'm saying this. Try to think when you did something wrong to someone else or made a mistakes to yourself, we often make excuses to defend ourselves. For example, if you have committed yourself to the diet, you might be able to survive 2 or 3 days and on day 4 when it comes the temptation to eat a delicious meal, during that time your mind will say "It's been 3 days my diet, just eating a little Pizza will be okay I think "
Now from this illustration, didn't you make excuses to yourself? is that true that you love yourself most than everything?

Another example, when you do wrong to other people and you do not want to admit it, is that true that you would defend yourself to death? Well that's where we can say that our self is the most we love ..

Well, because we love ourselves so much, unknowingly we always make useless excuses to defend ourselves. When your boss gives you a big project for you to handle, because you feel you can not afford it, then you will make any excuse to your boss. Then your boss will give the project to others finally and never again offered to you a big project. The self-defense excuse is totally useless for ourselves.

Try to consider the following illustration:
There was a man named Excuser, he was an employee who worked at a company, every day he worked and worked at that company and over the time he felt that his work is not sufficient for future spending and he began to plan that he must do something to get a lot of additional revenue, he began to think his dream. He began to have dreams that one day he had to buy a house to live. Incidentally on the same day, he contacted his old friend. The old friend invites him to build a business partnership, but they both start from 0. With the same vision and mission, with the aim to achieve success, the Excuser is very excited. Day after day he began to work doing tasks assigned by his partner. However, this task requires a long time, while in the middle of the project, another pleasant thing appeared to excuser, for example, there is a new tv shows that he likes so much, he started watching the show every day, and slowly he began to feel lazy in doing the task.

Finally, his partner come in time to ask the working process. The excuser are afraid that if his partner will get angry and then he make excuses, he said that he couldn't finish it because there is a lot of housework , take care of his children, must work overtime every day at home and so forth. excuses for any excuses be made. the partner is understand that excuser is busy. Day after day went, instead of finishing his work, he enjoyed watching the film, and enjoying gossiping the film with his friend. His partner know that the excuser hasn't do anything. And finally the excuser was asked once again what he was doing that he could not finish the project?
The Excuser just kept making the same excuse. Finally the partner did not contact him again, and the Excuser remained busy with his films. A year later the partners has been a huge success without dividing the result to the Excuser, the Excuser asked, "Why you are on your own path now? aren't we a partner? "
The partner said to him "My company does not need a loving affectionate like fairy tales and what I mean is loving yourself aka excuse maker"
The Excuser heard it and felt sad that he missed an opportunity because he like to make excuses .. His partner enjoying his big success while this excuser could only sit pensively in front of the fireplace thinking what he did..

Actually making the excuse is absolutely useless, because in the end it will only hurt yourself. If we often make excuses, we are increasingly spoiling ourselves to make mistakes. Please be aware of ourselves is not actually our friends, but we really are our real enemies. The more we are making ourselves comfortable, the deeper we got into the abyss comfort that will make us become lazy and making ourselves a more primitive than others.

Stop making excuses, if your boss ordered you to do something, then do it quickly so that before the excuse appears. If your parents ask you to buy groceries, then buy it immediately. If you do wrong, then ask for apologize immediately, do not make excuses again. If you do not want something, say "No" firmly, do not make uncertain excuses.
The excuse it was actually just nonsense. The excuse only lead us to self-defense even though we were wrong. Lots of people who fail in business because they are always makes excuses, "I went bankrupt because my money was corrupted by my employees" this is just a excuse, you can avoid this if you first create a better financial systems and better surveillance.
"I am not able to do this job because my ability is not enough", "I could not do this project because I was at home with a lot of work"
However, if you really observant, you can imagine how much time you spend on the things you do and you can actually do the job given to you, but because there are too many excuses,they make you feel everything could not be done.

"Success" people will not make excuse, but success people make Solution "

If you want to develop yourself, avoid all the excuses that could happen, read books with focus and set your goal with hardwork and diligently.
If you read a book when you suddenly think want to watch television, keep focus in your mind that it was an excuse to be avoided, empty your mind and concentrate on the things you want to do. Focus on your work and finish that you do, do not stop in the middle of the road. Love yourself to care but do not spoil yourself, because yourself can become your most terrifying enemy.

Indeed, we as humans also have to enjoy life, but from now let's try to count the time from now, you do something useful for your future (free from the daily routine of work) more time or you spend your time in relaxing or party?
If you use your time in relaxing or playing then you are planting weeds in your fence that someday the weeds will eat your fence.

The excuse you made will become your habit, and people usually tend to be difficult to get out of habits in him. Be thankful if the habit is good, but if the habit you is ugly or bad? Then you will continue to just make a habit of making excuses and ultimately it will only hurt yourself.

Let us examine what can be caused by any excuses such as:
1. Excuses to make us suspend our work
With the existence of excuse, we will always delay our work, when we are commanded to do something when we were relaxing or watching television, we're going to make useless excuses (I assume you will understand what the excuse I mean). Excuses that made will delay the job much longer and eventually becomes your job will not finish on time.

2. Excuse makes us forget ourselves
The excuse can make us forget ourselves, why not make us become who we are, for example, initially we are diligent, but because of the excuse, you turn yourself into someone who is not wise anymore. Suppose you are a hardworking people, but when you are asked to complete a tough job, suddenly you think you are unable to do it, now with a permanent implant these excuses in mind, you will be reluctant to do the job so that any long run you become a lazy person because you have changed the nature of your diligent become lazy because of the repetition that happens every day (every day refused to do such heavy work) so you ultimately become a lazy. Another example is clubbing at places of entertainment such as club, at first you are an anti-clubbing, but when you're invited, you make excuses to yourself that only occasionally allowed to try, and then you also feel the enjoyment of the clubbing.

4. Excuses make you happy for a while but not forever
